Other Officers
The club may determine that an additional
number of officers should be included on the
board of directors. Any additions must be
approved by the sponsoring Rotary club. All
members of the Interact club board of directors
should be familiar with the Interact constitutional
documents. The board is required to meet at least
once a month and report any action taken at the
next club meeting. Board members should think
of project ideas, encourage all members to
participate, and delegate responsibilities. At the
end of the year, the board makes an annual report
that covers the major actions of the year.
